The CareSide in Australia is seeking a Field Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing field sales team that converts qualified meetings into recent clients. You will coach reps, review CRM activity, and develop sales processes that improve efficiency and results.

You’ll oversee hiring and managing 8–10 field sales representatives across WA, SA, VIC, NSW, and QLD, with travel as required to drive geographic expansion and client growth.
