The Role
As a commercial lawyer with 4-5 years PAE , you’ll work closely with a partner on a variety of front-end matters, including:
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Contract review
- General commercial advisory
- Drafting legal documents
- Direct client engagement
You’ll be supported by a team of well-trained paralegals and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality work.
