About the role:
We have an opportunity for anexperienced Sales Consultant to join our NSW team, managing ourServicesales portfolio . You will be working in collaboration with the Operations teams todeliver and ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our clients across the business. A key focus is building a pipeline of Service sales to meet business development and portfolio development targets.
The Package:
- OTE $170k upwards (on target earnings)
- Up to $90k base + 12% Super+ Comms
- Vehicle allowance $17,000

Key Accountabilities:
- Relationshipsnegotiating with existing contracted customers
- Preparation and submission of tenders
- Understanding market conditions to identify opportunities to promote Schindler services
Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in asales or account management role
- A track record in delivering consistent outstanding performance with a strong sales pipeline
- Exposure toselling services to property management companies, strata corporations and building owners
- Excellent leadership and client relationship-building skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, key influencers and industry experts
- Strong time management and planning skills
