XPT Software is seeking a Threat Detection Engineer to design, develop and maintain detection content across SIEM, SOAR and EDR platforms from Canberra. You will work with Cyber Defence Analysts to create robust use cases aligned to threat models and industry frameworks, ensuring effective monitoring and rapid incident response.
The role requires collaboration with architecture and engineering teams, production of engineering docs, and ongoing threat intelligence sharing for cloud and on-prem
