This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team and lead Perioperative Services, Day of Surgery Unit (DOSA) and CSSD at Albany Health Campus, playing a pivotal role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care for communities across the Great Southern.



We are seeking a proven, dynamic and highly motivated Clinical Nurse Manager with strong perioperative experience and proven leadership capability. In this key leadership role, you will lead and support multidisciplinary teams, drive clinical excellence, and oversee the efficient delivery of perioperative services. You are a collaborative and influential leader who builds strong relationships with staff, medical specialists and stakeholders, fostering a positive team culture and a commitment to continuous improvement. With a passion for patient-centred care and service excellence, you will help shape the future of surgical services while making a meaningful impact on the health outcomes of your community.



About the Region:



The Great Southern region is located on the south coast of Western Australia, adjoining the Southern Ocean, where the coast extends for approximately 500 km. It is also bordered by the Southwest region on the west and extends 200 km north where it meets the Wheatbelt region.



The total land area is 39,007 sq km (including offshore islands), representing approximately 1.5 per cent of the State's total area.



The historic port town of Albany, which is the State's oldest European settlement, has one of the best natural anchorages in the Southern Hemisphere and is the region's administrative centre. It is also the transport hub from where most of region's crops and livestock are shipped.
