Downer EDI Limited is seeking an Operations Manager - Soft Services to lead protected, compliant delivery of Cleaning and Catering across six SA schools. You’ll report to the SA Schools PPP Contract Manager and drive KPIs, service standards and value for money.
You will oversee catering quality, menus, and events, manage rosters and budgets, and build strong relationships with schools and clients while maintaining food-safety compliance and continuous improvement.
