General Mills Australia is seeking a proactive Customer Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end order fulfilment across three temperature channels and retail partners from Mt Waverley, VIC. This 12-month fixed-term role focuses on DIFOT +97%, optimizing transport, and partnering with customers, 3PLs and internal teams to drive data-led improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer service or supply chain, SAP and Road Runner experience, and a track record of project delivery.
