Victoria Legal Aid seeks an experienced leader to manage the Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) service, overseeing a diverse team of non-legal advocates and ensuring high-quality advocacy delivery. You will supervise staff and work with key stakeholders across health and community services.

The role offers a versatile hybrid work arrangement and engagement with Aboriginal communities, with offices in Frankston, Dandenong or Ringwood. A tertiary qualification is mandatory.
