NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen across the Bistro, Takeaway and events spaces. You will craft menus for weddings and conferences, while balancing creativity with operational excellence. Staff accommodation is available and we’re looking for someone who can join ASAP.
You’ll report to the Resort Manager and collaborate with the Group Food & Beverage Manager to ensure guest experiences meet NRMA’s standards and budget targets.
