The role will contribute to strengthening preparedness and resilience by leading daily team activities and coordinating incident response across Fire Control Centres in Yass, Goulburn and Crookwell.
The successful candidate will demonstrate solid operational leadership, conflict resolution skills, and a commitment to community safety.
