Merivale’s Mr Wong Melbourne is opening later this year on Flinders Lane, led by Executive Chef Jowett Yu. As Head Chef, you will build the kitchen from day one, shaping culture and setting standards for what comes next, alongside Merivale’s senior culinary team.
You will own all kitchen operations, recruiting and developing a large brigade, and ensuring high-volume service with solid food-cost and procurement controls. A true leadership role within a premium brand.
