About the Role:

Join a dynamic and highly autonomous nursing leadership role at the heart of Canberra Health Services' after-hours community care. Leading the LINK Nursing team, you will coordinate urgent referrals, support complex clinical decision-making, and provide expert guidance to nurses across the region. This rewarding role is key to delivering responsive, high-quality care that helps patients remain safely at home while ensuring seamless access to after-hours health services.
