Position Summary

As an OM Stage Electrician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient operation of electrical systems during the operations and maintenance stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including inverters, transformers and switchgear.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in solar panels, DC/AC wiring, and other equipment.
- Conduct high-voltage (HV) switching operations (if trained and authorised).
- Respond to system alarms and troubleshoot issues in coordination with the operations team.
- Follow all safety regulations , including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Use SCADA monitoring systems to identify performance issues.
- Complete required documentation and maintenance reports.
- Assist with spare parts inventory management and ordering.
- Work closely with other team members and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- An ute will be supplied for travel to and from site.
