About the role:

We are seeking an experiencedSales & Marketing Manager to join our NSW Service Sales team based in Alexandria. Reporting to theEI Operations Manager , themain function of this role is to build customer relationships at an operational and management level to drive business development opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel from specific client organisations
- Management ofexisting customer relationships and maximising customer satisfaction
- Development of portfolio growth, achievement of set targets and resecuring existing customer accounts




- Act as the interface between the customer and regional areas to ensure resolution of any customer issues
- Ensure compliance to required procedures and behaviours

What we are looking for:

- Enthusiastic individual with strong leadership, sales/business management, communication and influencing skills.
- Degree qualified in an appropriatetechnical or business-related discipline .
- You will also possess experience insales/business development / key account management experience
- Previous experience as an Account Manager within the Lift, HVAC, Fire, Security, Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing industries
