Estia Health in Victoria seeks a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead clinical excellence and resident wellbeing. Reporting to the Home Head, you will draw on your nursing background to improve outcomes and mentor care teams.

As second in command, you will oversee the home clinic, manage stock, compliance, budgets, and develop care programs. The role requires an RN with AHPRA, at least 3 years in nursing management, and a solid aged care background.
