they are now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane team.
The Role
Working within a lean, high-performing project team , you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual requirements of a major residential development.
This is an prospect to operate with genuine autonomy and visibility, working closely with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors and senior leadership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Procurement and letting of major trade packages
- Subcontractor negotiations and contract administration
- Progress claims, variations and cost reporting
- Forecasting and maintaining project budgets
