ADACAS is seeking two Aged Care Advocates to join our Older Persons Team in Canberra. You will provide information, education and advocacy to older people navigating aged care services, working with clients and their representatives to understand rights and entitlements.

You will deliver rights-based education and build robust relationships with aged care providers and community organisations while maintaining accurate case records and contributing to systemic advocacy.
