Ensuring the cruise complies with health and safety regulations Qualification & experience At least 1 year of relevant work experience At least Diploma in relevant field is required Experience in leading a team Team management skills Ability to work in a quick-paced environment Positive communication skills, energy, and attitude Willingness to attend conferences, seminars, and workshops for personal and professional development as required
