Sales Specialist, Business Finance - uncapped commissions

About the role

We're looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Collingwood. You'll work qualified inbound leads from our marketing team, 20+ enquiries a day with no cold calling and manage each deal from the first conversation through to funding. Your role is to understand each client's business, find the right lending solution and work with our lender panel to get the deal across the line.

You don't need a background in lending. If you know how to build trust, manage a pipeline and close, we'll teach you the rest. Finance experience is a bonus.

Key responsibilities

- Managing qualified inbound leads from first contact through to funding
- Understanding each client's business and funding needs
- Reviewing financial information and preparing loan applications (full training provided)
- Matching clients with the most suitable lender and product
- Working with lenders to progress and negotiate applications
- Managing your own pipeline and following up opportunities
- Building long-term relationships with clients
- Working towards sales targets

About you

- Proven sales ability and confidence speaking with business owners




- Comfortable with numbers and able to make sense of basic financial information
- Organised, self-motivated and driven to hit targets
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills

Nice to have

- Experience in business lending, commercial finance, banking or broking
- Experience working with Australian small businesses
- Experience with a CRM
