Bayside Health in Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a committed Clinical Support and Development Nurse to join Ward AC1 on a permanent basis. The role is based at Caulfield Hospital, supporting older adults with subacute rehabilitation within a GEM service.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team to maximise recovery and quality of life for patients with complex needs, and the position requires nursing registration, police check, and Working with Children Check, with part-time or full time hours.
