Hobsons Bay City Council is seeking a People Experience Officer to support all stages of the employee lifecycle and provide high quality People Experience administration and workforce compliance support. You will advise employees and leaders, coordinate projects, and contribute to People and Culture initiatives that foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace.
You'll also prepare workforce reports, monitor records, and drive continuous improvement of HR systems and services.
