WHO ARE YOU

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role or supervisor
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment
- Ability to lead by example, share knowledge, and motivate a team
- Immaculate presentation standards and a strong focus on exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Professional, driven, and a strong team player
- Demonstrated ability to achieve personal, venue, and company goals while meeting deadlines
- Proactive individual who thrives on responsibility and takes initiative when bringing ideas to the table
- Strong gaming knowledge is essential
- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualifications




- Flexibility to work a roster that is predominantly evening shifts, with most finishes around 12:30am, alongside some day shifts
- Willingness to take a hands‑on approach to operations, including regular shifts behind the bar as part of our close‑knit management team

Renumeration will be commensurate with experience.
