This is a significant opportunity for a junior lawyer with 1-3 years’ PAE to join a highly regarded boutique firm. Role

This is a newly created role for a personable, smart and switched on junior lawyer. You will work across a renowned Partner, and Senior Associate. The firm has a loyal base of high net wealth individuals and SME clients that value the tax, general commercial, corporate advisory, succession planning and estates expertise provided. We are seeking a junior lawyer with up to 3 years’ PAE.



You will work across the full range of corporate/commercial law, including: tax issues in relation to M&A;, business sales and acquisitions (particularly in the listed space), corporate restructuring (in particular acting for family offices that are restructuring their group and trusts), and general commercial transactions.
