Saltbush in Tennant Creek seeks a part time mentor to support the REAL Program. You will provide culturally safe, trauma-informed guidance to empower participants to pursue education, employment and community reconnection.

The role is a fixed-term 0.5 FTE with travel to Saltbush service locations, offering $80k–$85k pro rata plus 12% super, salary packaging and five weeks of annual leave.
