- Parkville location, with multiple public transport options available
- Up to $85,597 (prorated for part time) + salary packaging + super + five weeks annual leave

The Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre (Peter Mac) is a Victorian public health service and a world-leading comprehensive cancer centre, dedicated to excellence across all spheres of clinical care, research and education. About the team

The Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC) is dedicated to improving the health, wellbeing and quality of life of people living with and beyond cancer. Through education, collaboration and innovation, the team works with consumers, clinicians, researchers and health services to strengthen survivorship care and increase access to evidence-based support programs and resources.

About the role

This is an opportunity to be part of a passionate team helping shape the future of cancer survivorship care. Working across a variety of initiatives, you will help connect cancer survivors with valuable information, support the delivery of engaging education programs and contribute to projects that enhance patient experiences and outcomes. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys a mix of program coordination, stakeholder engagement and meaningful work that makes a genuine difference.

A regular day will see you:

- Supporting the delivery of cutting-edge survivorship programs and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinating education activities and events for cancer survivors and healthcare professionals.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with consumers, clinicians and external partners.
- Contributing to communications,



resources and digital content that support survivorship care.

About you

You're a proactive and adaptable coordinator who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys bringing people, projects or ideas together. You are passionate about improving healthcare experiences, have strong organisational skills and take pride in delivering high-quality work while managing multiple priorities.

You’ll bring with you:

- Experience coordinating projects, programs or initiatives in a healthcare, government or not-for-profit setting.
- Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to work with a diverse range of audiences.
- Experience supporting education, training, events or engagement activities.
- Solid digital literacy and confidence using a range of software, communication and online platforms.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
