STEPS is a not-for-profit organisation delivering the SEE Program from our Gympie site. As a Foundation Skills Trainer, you’ll create engaging learning experiences to help participants build language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills.
You’ll deliver face-to-face training, adapt resources, assess progress and support diverse learners to overcome barriers and unlock opportunities. This fixed-term full time role runs until 30 June 2028, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at STEPS Gympie.
