Kmart Store Operations Managers play a critical role in driving store performance and team success through operational excellence, exceptional customer experiences, and strong compliance across our stores.

What you’ll be doing

- Leadership & Motivation – Drive performance and engagement through recognition, coaching, and the effective management of development and underperformance.
- Strategic Thinking – Drive continuous improvement by analysing issues, strengthening store processes, and implementing systems that enable consistent outcomes.




- Relationship Building – Build strong relationships by sharing best practices and clearly communicating goals, roles, and expectations.
- Operational Excellence – Drive budget accountability, make informed decisions, and use financial data to improve performance while leading safety initiatives and ensuring compliance standards are met.
