Australia Dream Solutions Pty Ltd Pacific Painters Pty Ltd are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Painter to join their team on a full-time basis. This position will be located across greater Sydney.

Task & responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, patching and cleaning
- Applying paint, primers, stains and other coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment
- Preparing and applying appropriate finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, trims and other surfaces
- Protecting surrounding areas, furniture and fittings during painting works
- Carrying out touch‑ups and finishing work to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following project specifications, workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Travelling to different residential and commercial job sites across Sydney
Qualification & experience
- Previous experience working as a Painter in residential and/or commercial painting
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
- Ability to prepare surfaces and achieve a high‑quality finish
- Experience using brushes, rollers and other painting equipment
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Valuable communication and time‑management skills
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Reliable transport and a valid Australian driver’s licence
- Relevant trade qualifications and/or relevant industry experience will be highly regarded
