St Vincent’s Public Hospital Sydney is offering a max-term, part-time CRESS Aboriginal Health Practitioner role (24 hours per week) within the Homeless Health Service. You will provide culturally secure, holistic care to Aboriginal people experiencing homelessness in inner-city Sydney.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, undertake clinical assessments and health education, and contribute to care planning and service development.
