Community Housing LTD is seeking a Responsive Maintenance Officer to join the CHL operations team in delivering protected, functional homes. You will oversee responsive and vacated maintenance, liaise with contractors, and ensure asset policies and standards are applied consistently.
You’ll work closely with the Responsive Maintenance Coordinator and other stakeholders to provide support, advise on asset management, and deliver high-quality service aligned with CHL values.
