Birds of Paradise Community College is seeking an experienced Child Care Worker to join our team in Sydney. You will provide high-quality care and supervision in a nurturing workplace and support age-appropriate learning and play experiences.

The role requires a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or recognised qualification) and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ECEC setting. Collaboration with educators and families is essential to promote children’s development and wellbeing.
