St Vincent’s Health Australia invites applications for a CRESS Aboriginal Health Practitioner (Max term, part time 24 hrs/week) at Homeless Health Service, Sydney. This role focuses on culturally safe, holistic care for Aboriginal people experiencing homelessness within inner-city Sydney.

You will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, with a trauma-informed and harm-reduction approach, and contribute to service development, quality improvement, and care planning while bridging health,
