SWIFT Emergency & Urgent Care is a private specialist led emergency and urgent care facility located in Rouse Hill, NSW.

Role Description
We are currently seeking Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our clinical team at SWIFT Emergency & Urgent Care.
This is an on-site role based in Rouse Hill, NSW, working alongside Registered Nurses and experienced emergency physicians.
The role involves supporting the assessment, treatment and ongoing monitoring of patients presenting with a variety of urgent and acute conditions.
Responsibilities may include:
- Recording and monitoring observations and recognising clinical deterioration
- Medication administration within EN scope of practice
- Wound care and other clinical procedures
- Assisting with patient treatment and procedures
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Infection prevention and control
- Escalating clinical concerns appropriately to the RN and/or treating doctor
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary clinical team
- Maintaining a safe,
organised and well-prepared clinical environment
About You
We’re looking for ENs who are clinically confident, adaptable and comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
Essential:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Ability to practise safely within EN scope of practice
- Current CPR/BLS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to recognise and appropriately escalating changes in a patient’s condition
- Availability across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
Highly desirable:
- Competency in peripheral IV cannulation
- Previous Emergency Department, urgent care or acute care experience
- Experience with wound management and acute clinical presentations
- Additional emergency, acute care or trauma training
