Repco is seeking a Customer Development Manager to drive sales and develop key trade customers across Cairns, Atherton and Mareeba. You will work with store managers and leverage a CRM system to grow territory performance while upholding safety-first practices and robust customer relationships.
You will manage around 150 customers, participate in trade shows and trainings, and contribute to achieving sales budgets in a KPI-driven environment.
