What You’ll Do:

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing day-to-day management of residential properties
- Mastering arrears control and rental reviews
- Being the go-to liaison for landlords and tenants
- Preparing for and attending tribunals
- Conducting routine and in/outgoing inspections
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance




- Expanding your portfolio and skills with new business training

Who We’re Looking For:

You bring:

- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Ailo (bonus, not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
