People and Culture Advisor / Junior HR Business Partner

Our client is an industry leader within their sector, operating nationwide and playing a major role in delivering materials for critical public infrastructure, commercial developments, and residential housing.

Your Current Role:

In your role as the People and Culture Advisor you will sit within an established and supportive team, and support leaders across the entire employee life cycle; with a focus on employee relations and proactive coaching and support. Your duties will include:

Your Main Duties:

- Support leaders across the entire employee life cycle using company policies and frameworks.
- Lead core HR activities including performance, remuneration, talent reviews, and workforce planning.
- Provide constructive advice on workplace relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and performance issues.
- Assist with enterprise agreement negotiations, industrial relations strategies, and workforce communications.
- Deliver accurate reporting on headcount, compliance, metrics, and overall business performance.





To be successful in this position, you will be:

- You will consider yourself highly motivated, ambitious, commercial and an experienced HR professional, who brings with them considerable experience in contributing to quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its key drivers.
- You will have approximately 3 years of prior HR generalist experience in a similar medium to large organisation and blue collar industry, strong stakeholder management and strong experience with employment relations.
