Avive Health
Melbourne
Avive Health is growing, and we are looking for a proactive and technically capable Technology Operations Coordinator to help keep our day‑to‑day technology environment running smoothly.
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will be the central coordination point for technology operations across our Melbourne clinic and broader site network.
This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety. You will coordinate IT requests, user access, devices, vendors and smaller technology projects, while making sure issues are followed through and nothing gets lost along the way.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate day‑to‑day IT requests and follow issues through to resolution
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, access and devices
- Manage laptops, tablets, accessories and the IT asset register
- Coordinate technology purchasing, provisioning and equipment replacement
- Work with IT providers, software vendors, contractors and internal teams
- Support hardware rollouts,
application implementations and site technology changes
- Maintain technology documentation, procedures and access records
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve how technology services are delivered
About you
You are organised, practical and comfortable working across both people and technology.
You enjoy solving problems, keeping things moving and taking ownership rather than simply passing issues on.
Ideally, you will bring:
- 2–5 years' experience in IT support, technology operations, service delivery or technical coordination
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, MFA and user access management
- Experience with device provisioning, hardware, vendors or service desk processes
- Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
Experience in healthcare, multi‑site organisations or regulated environments would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Why Avive?
This is a great opportunity to move beyond a traditional service desk role and take broader ownership of technology operations.
You will work closely with the Head of Technology, gain exposure across the organization and have the prospect to help shape how technology is managed as Avive continues to grow.
The role is primarily based on‑site in Melbourne, with support responsibilities across Avive Health locations and occasional interstate travel.
If you enjoy technology, variety and being the person who makes sure things actually get done, we would love to hear from you.
