Mighty Me Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced and capable early childhood educator to step into a key leadership role within our Preschool program.
This position is suited to someone ready to take ownership as a Preschool Room Leader, with the opportunity to also take on Educational Leader and/or 2IC responsibilities within a small, high-quality service.

About the Centre

The Role
You will lead the Preschool room and play a key role in shaping the educational direction of the centre.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering a high-quality educational program
- Supporting children’s development across all domains
- Mentoring and guiding educators within the room
- Contributing to curriculum planning and centre-wide practice
- Ensuring compliance with the NQS and National Regulations
- Building strong relationships with families and the team
For the right candidate, there is prospect to step into:
- Educational Leader responsibilities, and/or
- 2IC (Second in Charge) supporting centre leadership
About You
We are looking for a confident, experienced educator who takes pride in their work and understands what quality looks like.
You will have:
- A Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in early childhood education
- At least 1 year experience as a Room Leader (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Leadership capability and confidence guiding a team
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid WWCC and Child Protection training
- Full Australian working rights
