Bottega Coco at Barrangaroo is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Manager to join our team. What we are looking for:

- Restaurant and Hospitality Management experience minimum of 2 years +
- Passion for customer service
- Experience coordinating a busy restaurant service and managing a team
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
- Self motivated, highly organised & well presented
- Exceptional communication skillsThe role includes but not limited to:
- Oversea and Manage of all aspects of front of house operations
- Work closely with the executive Manager to ensure that all staff are delivering excellent service and customers leave happy
- Staff mentoring and coaching




- Opening and closing of restaurant
- Staff rostering and wages control
- Ordering and monitoring stock levels of all non-food items
- Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations and are kept clean at all times
