URGENT HIRING: Role: Business Analyst

up to 5 months contract, possible extension

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of technology transformation initiatives for one of our enterprise clients in Brisbane

Key responsibilities

- Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather, prioritise and validate requirements.
- Produce process maps, business analysis artefacts and documentation to BPMN standards.
- Support current-state assessments, gap analysis, solution design, testing and change management activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support platform migration, security uplift and modernisation initiatives.
- Contribute to quality assurance, risk management and deployment planning.

Qualifications

- Strong BA experience across technology projects (security, modern workplace, or similar)




- Solid requirements gathering, process mapping and business process improvement skills.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, testing methodologies and change management practices.
- Experience using tools such as JIRA and Zephyr.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, cloud platforms, infrastructure, VDI, digital workplace or modernisation programs
