Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead day-to-day procurement for the hotel. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work with Culinary, Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to source and manage food, beverage, and general supplies.
You will monitor stock levels, build strong supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality in a quick-paced hotel environment.
