POP MART is seeking a HR Generalist to support our Australia and New Zealand business from our Sydney CBD office. This in office role combines HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement and business partnering to optimise the employee lifecycle.
You will work with the HR Manager and regional leaders to deliver practical guidance on performance, relations and policies while maintaining accurate HR records in Workday and ensuring payroll alignment with ADP.
