And when you want the coast? Coffs Harbour and the beaches of the Coffs Coast are around 2.5 hours away via Waterfall Way, one of NSW's great scenic drives through rainforest, national parks and waterfalls.

About the Role

As Co-Director, you'll share responsibility for leading the service while still having the autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of your role. We're looking for someone who can see what needs doing and make it happen, but who also understands that great leadership is about bringing people with you.

You’ll help lead the team, strengthen culture, maintain quality practice, build relationships with children and families and work alongside your Co-Director to continue moving the service forward.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who brings energy, positivity and a strong work ethic to the people around them.

About You

You may already be a Centre Director looking for a fresh challenge, or an experienced ECE leader ready to step into your next leadership opportunity.

Child Safeguarding

We're looking for an individual who understands, promotes and upholds the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. In this role, you'll help create an environment where children's safety and wellbeing are always the highest priority.

Child safeguarding methods include, but are not limited to:

- NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
- Thorough screening
- Reference checks
- National criminal history check
