They want someone who takes ownership of a project rather than acting as a senior tradesman.

What you would run
- Sewer and sanitary drainage, hot and cold water services, stormwater and civil drainage, trade waste, fire hydrant and hose reel services, plant rooms.
- Programming, labour coordination and material procurement.
- Builder coordination, QA and project documentation.
The package
- Permanent. Market-competitive salary or hourly rate, vehicle, and KPI or project performance incentives, negotiable for the right person.
