Relationship Co-ordinator (energy, commodities & sustainability)

We are a fast moving global data analytics and research company. We provide research insights on the materials sector, energy transition, carbon emissions and renewables. This role is based in the Sydney CBD but works closely with our Jakarta, London, Tokyo and Perth offices.

As the Relationships Co-ordiantor you will work collaboratively with our Client Support staff and Expert Staff. Our teams establish strong and enduring relationships. This involves researching and mapping our target prospects and building a picture of their needs and corporate structure.

You will be actively engaged in helping to maintain sales channels with new and existing customers and promote our work.

The role

Help build and maintain long term client relationships in new industry sectors relating to global energy change.

Co-ordination and assist in the management of current business sales activities.

Handle outreach and inbound support requests efficiently.

Oversee client strategies to help increase overall revenue and build loyalty.

Assist and promote our services to the wider public through marketing & sales strategies.

In particular, help build relationships with key decision-makers to develop positive future business development opportunities.

About You

You should have experience in marketing and client co-ordination on a B2B basis in either data analytics, research sales, software sales, procurement or complex technical sales.

You will work as part of a professional, integrated Sales Team and be confident. It helps if you enjoy taking business development decisions.

Naturally, you must have good client and communication skills, be people-oriented and business minded.

You should be interested in renewable energy, net-zero targeting, resources, economics and technology.

Remuneration

A strong salary package is offered with a very competitive based salary and three additional reward/bonus systems.

The first bonus is based upon meetings achieved.



The second relates to your direct assistance to build revenue. The third is based upon overall team performance.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in client contact and liason, ideally within professional services.

Strong organisational and administrative skills, with experience using CRM systems.

Experience in prospecting and lead generation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Willingness to travel as required for industry events.

Based on the need to build strong connections and collaboration with our other teams, this role will ask for a full-time in-office work requirement, in Sydney CBD.
