Respect is seeking a Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join the Apex Road Residential Aged Care team in Gunnedah, NSW. This senior RN role focuses on clinical governance, quality and compliance to support secure, person-centred care and maintain accreditation readiness.

You will conduct audits, monitor indicators, mentor staff, and collaborate with the General Manager and Care Manager to drive continuous improvement and compliant documentation across care services.
