The Field Team Leader will contribute to the project through leading the Network Maintenance field workforce across multiple work types and clients, reporting into the State Field Delivery Manager. The Field Team Leader will conduct all activities with people development and retention in mind, continuously coaching and up-skilling field staff to build a robust delivery team.
