The Royal Aust & NZ Coll of Obs & Gynae invites applications for a Policy Officer (18-month parental leave) based in Melbourne with hybrid working. You will lead policy development and advocacy on women's health, engaging with members, trainees and government bodies to shape responses.

Reporting to Advocacy Manager, the role focuses on submissions, standards and guidelines, monitoring sector developments, and collaborating with Communications to align messaging.
