Collier Park is undergoing a $20m transformation and will open a brand-new restaurant and function centre in 2027. We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and shape the food offering across casual dining and major events.

Reporting to the Venue Manager and National Executive Chef, you’ll build menus, manage costs, recruit and mentor a robust team, and drive food safety and quality across all service levels.
