Based in Moorabbin, this role would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced setting and is excited with the prospect of working with multiple clients. The successful candidate will bring Employee Relations knowledge as well as a varied HR background.

This position would suit an HR professional seeking a long-term opportunity to help build something from the ground up, while working with multiple clients rather than just within one business.

Responsibilities include:





- Partner with businesses to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions
- Provide trusted advice across Employee Relations and complex people matters
- Performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes and terminations
- Support clients with workplace policies, procedures and compliance
- Build strong, collaborative and trusted relationships with clients
- Contribute to the growth of the consultancy through high-quality service and shared success
